Excellent service and professional nice people. They were able to help me where the Nobhill location failed miserably. For some reason the Nobill location has no idea how to add a person to your account. I will from now on do my business at this location. Thank you Marisella.

I have had Chase for years and I will never change no won't matter where I move or go, I'm moving to Arizona and I hope and pray they have one there, if not then I will continue using Chase in Yakima. Very good service.

Deposited a check that was held, which is fine but Pam the gal that helped me gave me a number to confirm the date funds were available and it’s pretty much a spam offer phone number that was absolutely no help

I went yesterday they said come tomorrow so they scheduled me for tomorrow, Today at 11am according to my scheduled appointment I went I present my US passport with US Naturalization certificate to open a new account she said we do not accept that certificate and that’s the Chase policy so I called another branch they said yes we accept it ,It’s very disappointing…They never answer the phoneزما په فکر تعصب یې را سره وکړ.
