Visited on February 11. Staff and security were friendly. Not much to choose from unless you are looking for clothes.

Wow, the pricing I ran across here today were off the chart! People need to just stopping shopping Goodwill stores so they can see how sad it is. Everything I looked at buying I could purchase brand new for just a dollar or two more! Why would I get it from a used place if that's the case? I am from the West Side of the state and at least when I go to Seattle I can get decent deals at their stores. You guys need to get things figured out cause you are losing sooo many sale. Remember, this store is used items, not new. It shouldn't be sooo pricey!

So don't buy the jewelry jars not worth it all junk I'm so disappointed.... I want my $50 back.. just because it's Halloween u have to jack up the prices on the normal clothing on shelves prior to be a holiday jack them up $7 plus. For reals you guys get 90% of this stuff free donated.. what happen to goodwill. Most of the stuff u can buy it for the same price at a store that it originally came from... economy is bad enough already who are you really trying to make the money for your own pockets

Nice selection, reasonable prices and friendly stuff. But I wish there was a fitting room and a public restroom. Also, the maps android app directions for this store sent us over to a completely wrong location on 11th street by a trucking company instead of the correct location on 1st Street. So Weird! I hope someone fixes that soon.

I used to shop GW frequently, mostly for books. But several years ago their pricing structure went through the roof. Now they ask ridiculous prices for nearly everything and often as much as if new. GW used to serve those who really needed low prices. No longer. I hope people consider other thrift shops such as Salvation Army, who are in it for the right reasons. Not as much profit as possible such as GW.

Their location is very well organized! I definitely have to go back without my mom so I can really look at the old eccentric books! I can’t wait! They also have a great vinyl record collection!

Always love digging through the selection of records/cd's & cassettes. Found some pretty good albums, I do recommend here if you're looking for some of that. Some items are overpriced for second-hand. Staff are typically friendly

Terrible customer service from a young lady at the cash register. I told her I really needed to pee and that I was 6 months pregnant and asked if I could use the restroom and she looked at me and told me that I'm fine and I can go to a different store that has public bathrooms because they can't due to covid. The hell I'm fine? After being denied 4 times for a bathroom because of covid when no one is wearing a mask are you serious... worst customer serive

This Goodwill outlet turned our donation away. Had some very very nice things. Was told they had no more room to take anything more. With all the people and families in Yakima that need housing and related items, for this place to be so full, they must not be doing their job. It doesn't appear they are getting the donations out to those that need it. A warehouse busting at the seams. Did bump into a lady in the parking lot that was overwhelmed to have the things we had. Hauled the stuff to her house. She was delighted.

Was very nicely organized but some prices were not good meaning highly priced. I mean isn't it supposed to be cheaper priced an affordable for the public. I don't understand how they price items as if it's a regular shopping center with high prices. Not living up to the name "Goodwill" what's so good there? Too pricey! Lower those prices please!

Prices are a bit high. Must bring your own bag. No dressing rooms and bathrooms are still closed.
