Tried the bratwurst today. Flavorful and plump, excellent texture and great snap... casing was not tough. If you want authentic German bratwurst, this is the place. Outstanding.

The owner was amazing. She knew everything about all the products. Their specialty cheese selection is quite broad, lots to choose from. I highly recommend!!

Best products, friendly service and it's so clean that you can eat off of the floor!!!We don't go anywhere else for our smoked turkey and German sausages!
