Owens Cycle Inc. sells, services, and sells parts for street motorcycles, off-road motorcycles, ATVs, ORVs, and snowmobiles. The staff is friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The sales team listens to desires for the right bike and holds up deals strong, with transactions possible remotely. The parts department helps choose gear. The finance department expedites the process to put customers on the road in no time. The service department is top notch, with work completed in a timely manner and priced as quoted, going above and beyond to help. The building has been there forever. They have a nice lot for testing and inventory to quickly browse. While service can take a little time when extremely busy, it is the right place to go for gear or repairs. The entire efficient, collaborated team does well and earns strong recommendations.
