“Great customer service and help from Troy at storage court, I would highly recommend this place to anyone that is needing a storage unit or a moving truck. The storage unit prices are pretty fair and the truck you are able to use for free, they only ask that you fill it up which is fair to the next person that uses it. I would highly recommend this place.”

“I called Action Towing after I waited for another company for over two hours and they failed to show up (through my insurance). Action towing employees were very friendly and got there in about 15 minutes. They unlocked my car in less than 5 minutes. The price was under $100, so very reasonable for the service they provided. I highly recommend Action Towing.”

“Best in the business! I've been a happy tenant for about two years; where do I start? When I've called, the phone hasn't rung more than 3 times. The recent issue I had with the door was resolved very quickly; there were no silly questions or accusations. Shane is a very professional manager. The last manager was great, too. None of my property was missing although there was no lock on the door for a period of time. This is a 5-star business, managed by 5-star folks. Their service is fast, polite, and professional. Exceptional.”

“Easy access to the freeway, free wifi. New ownership, so the old reviews about the old owner are not really valid any longer. Pull through spaces, staff is always so nice. It's a nice clean park, you can tell they maintain it regularly. Has a pool with access during the summer. Showers/bathrooms/laundry areas are very clean and well maintained. Speed bumps are not bad as some reviews have suggested.. just pay attention, which you should be doing already. Close to fuel (maybe 3 or 4 blocks), a casino, food isn't too far with a number of restaurants at the next exit down 82. Nice place all in all.”
“Great facility! Renee makes thing 1000x less stressful and was absolutely amazing when I needed some extra help. I would most definitely send anybody her way if they were looking for a storage facility!”

“All American Self Storage is a great place to keep your stuff, and the staff is so kind and helpful!! We were there to clean out our unit on a Saturday, when their posted hours said they were closed , and were having a terrible time getting the gate open. (we had forgotten the * and #). The on-site manager saw us struggling and came to see what was going on. After she confirmed that we did have a unit number and code, she went inside, wrote everything down in the correct order, and brought it back out. It would have been easy for her to ignore us as the office was closed, but she did not! We would be keeping our unit had we not moved across the mountains. Thank you so much for 15 years of friendly efficient service!!”

“I got a storage unit here not that long ago and I am loving it! The move in day process was super easy, they had all the paperwork ready and had one employee show me to the unit and even helped me fill out the forms to save us time. They allow you to borrow a hand truck on your move in day, it was extremely convenient. This was no problem for us with their Saturday hours. The gates are open 7 days a week, including holidays. The security seems good, I have no fear for my possessions. The after hours access is the major game changer. I’ve been able to stop after work, after dinner with friends, weekends, etc. and their location right off 12 Hwy makes it a quick trip from when I’m coming from West Valley, Selah, Lower Valley. So stress free- will continue to use Value Lock Storage, even though I don’t live very close to them.”

“I've used storage units in many places over the years. Yakima Mini Storage has 3 locations very near each other. I had a small unit at the 48th Ave location a few years ago and currently have a larger unit at the 58th Ave location. First of all, a person answers the phone when you call or if you leave a VM your call gets returned very soon. Each location has an office so someone will meet you where you wish to rent a unit so you can see it before committing. They are very professional in that you fill out paperwork, have insurance to cover any losses and have security cameras covering the whole area. They supply the lock ($10 charge), which is placed in an area impossible to reach with bolt cutters. The units I've rented have been very clean. Some units have lighting and some don't so it's good to ask about that if it's important to you. Angie and Bo are very pleasant and helpful with any inquiries. The security is top notch.”
