“Brought it in last minute for an alignment. Thought I might have bad kingpins but instead my tie rod was froze and needed replace. They found I had 2 leaking wheel seals also. I had a great experience with them. Dog friendly and super nice, and clean store. I was in and out with in 1 1/2 days. They seem super honest and not pushy about replacing parts that don’t yet need replacement.

After a long drive and unloading, I accidentally left my Prius keys in the U-Haul I returned late Saturday. The next morning I realized it and, after calling a few times, finally connected with the call center. That’s when Jermaine, the GM, personally stepped in—even though he was off work. He drove in, searched the truck with a team member, and when they didn’t find the keys, he didn’t stop there. Remembering I had returned the truck late in the day, he thought to check the cleaning cart and found them!
Jermaine went above and beyond to help me, showing kindness, professionalism, and true dedication. On my first day in Yakima, his actions left a lasting impression. Thank you, Jermaine, for turning a stressful situation into such a positive one!”
