I don't need to be offensive, but your help at your office on 16th. They're a joke they're rude. Not a good experience. Been with charter for over. Or spectrum, excuse me, 20 years.The worst service I ever had.

I just left spectrum and y’alls door was locked, mon-sat it says you close at 8 pm why were they locked ? How are you going to provide good service if you aren’t open to service people. Smh . Upset .

30% of the time this place kind of gets it right - 70% of the time, it’s wait times, constant clarifications of terms and service, semi contradictory information. Customer service rarely seems like it’s oriented towards delivering a positive experience, nor solving, what should be, relatively straight forward problems.
