“I have had another company for internet for 10 years. In more recent years I have poor connection and spend so much time watching the white circle spin. I called to inquire on placement of the dish and the basically told me I was burnt.I decided to make the change to Gigabeam internet. My neighbor recommended them as her son had connection to the local branch. Let me tell you what, I beyond happy with the customer service provided by the office and techs, and so far the connection and download times have been 100% better! I am spending more a month but I willing to do that for the great service!”

“Was in the middle of a build and needed a new back mount and air cooler. Don and the staff was very patient and resourceful and took the extra time to look for what I needed. They also didn't charge me an "arm and leg" amount and didn't try to upsell me on the cooler; They provided a reasonable price and type based on the processor I had.I will admit, judging from their stock, their prices are obviously higher than what you would buy online... But here's the thing with any brick and mortar store, you get the item NOW versus having to wait (they have a pretty good return policy, so be sure to keep your receipt). So, if there are parts or pieces you need and don't have the luxury of time or don't care about the small extra cost, I really recommend checking this place out first. Also, Don seemed like the knowledgeable person to simply ask for advice as well.”

“I have been in several times, to purchase some items needed over the last year or so. Always greated by the friendly people who own and run it. and impressed with their technical knowledge, and help. Most recently my old (15 yr old lap top) lap top has many problems, and some new issues, so after discussing what the possibilities of repair and extended life, and costs, and options, looked at some of the used lap tops they had, and ended up getting one to replace my old lap top, (now relegated to only one task till it goes the big processor in the sky) Again, great people to deal with, honest, and very customer focused, if you have computer issues, this is where you should go.”
