The younger guy that closed Sunday 12th of January-legit ! He switch my phone over for me, very friendly, super helpful, great customer service.
***6/15/25- Ol boys name is Sergio M- Spectrum u should probably give this guy a raise, 6 months later he still remember me, I stopped due to a crack in my screen. Customer Service is unfortunately no longer a requirement in retail and rarely found these days.
Sergio M. makes Spectrum on 16th in Yakima worth the lack of coverage. 😆😂😆 #sergio4manager

On 5/15/25 I was advised to go to Spectrum store and talk to someone about some fraudulent charges on my account. I talked to the assistant manager Cienna Gunter in great detail about the fraudulent charges on my account and what all took place. She was so helpful and we were able to settle the problem. Cienna was so nice, pleasant, and so understanding she was great. The problem was taken care of and you are so fortunate to have her as an employee.

Customer service at this store has always been top-notch. If you take the time to explain an issue, they will develop a course of action that is beneficial to you - usually replacing equipment.

The internet services has gone expensive without significant improvement. There are moments (hours) without signal in some parts inside my house. Now I visited them trying to get a new router to the new announced speed and I wasted my time. I had to take the old one. Can Spectrum have the good intention to send the information to the customer? When a costumer with more than 10 tears in the company waste his time he doesn't feel happy.

When we first set up service we were paying roughly $40 a month. Within a year it went up to $78 a month. We found a better deal with another company. I returned our equipment & cancelled our account. It was on the 3rd of April. We were told our account was settled. Imagine my surprise when we received a bill for this month for $78. Apparently they don't pro rate and I was given the wrong info. Long story shot I just paid $78 for a service I've cancelled. I will never go back to them.

We were having a problem with our cable box, a technician tried programming over the phone but it didn’t work, so within 24 hours they sent a technician named Riley, he changed box and was very helpful. Thank You.
