Luis at 40th Avenue/Summmitview was awesome! He took a significant amount of time to help myself and a friend review our accounts and plans, and help to clarify a lot of questions we had. He did not push any sales or additions to our plans, but just provided great customer service. Thank you, Luis!

We had issues with the e-SIM on my wife's new phone we got from the corporate store. I stopped in at 8:30am opening and they were able to help me right away which was great as it meant I didn't have to wait until 10:00am and was able to get my wife her phone back and me to work. Great service and very helpful.

Had a very bad experience today with you’re store on summitview avenue with you’re sales rep NAME. Claudia Christensen . Very poor attitude with every question I had. To the point were she was going back an fourth arguing with her own coworker very unprofessional won’t be going back to that location ever again… 🤦♂️

I was in the other day because I was having an issue with 2 of the phones on my plan. Keith was a huge help. Very professional and personable. He was able to get me set up with 2 new phones that only raised my bill by $2 I have been going to Keith here at Verizon for many years now, and he has always been quite helpful. I would highly recommend coming here.

Went in a couple months to ago to cellular sales on 40th to upgrade my phone. It’s a good thing I did my research and knew exactly what I did and didn’t want. Keith tried to get me to purchase items or services I didn’t even ask for or about. They add things like overpriced screen protectors and cases or monthly insurance without even asking you in hopes that you won’t notice or
Ask clarifying questions. I changed my plan and he tried to change my brothers plan without getting any sort of OK from me. I get it they have sales goals but the way they reach them is far from ethical. They give you a high price hoping you don’t question it and just pay it. He was training somebody so I feel bad that the employees have to learn such terrible sales tactics from a cocky guy like Keith. However Tiffany was very nice and patient. The opposite of her trainer. Please do your research and ask your questions because they will not hesitate to get you to buy everything possible.

This past Thursday I called Verizon asking about trade ins and Jesus was very professional and personable. I went into the store knowing I wanted Jesus to help me. I have to say nowadays customer service just is not the best but I appreciated the assistance I received He was extremely knowledgeable, relatable, and understanding of my needs. We switched from android to iPhone and he was very patient with my many questions. He was transparent with pricing and one time charges which I APPRECIATED. I am a happy Verizon customer today been with you guys for bit over 8 years have to say give this guy a raise if you can!!!

The salesman appear to be nice and smooth but there fool of lies! I don't trust them for the lies they tell. I won't be returning just be honest with long term customers your hurting the brand and loyal customers!!!
