“Well well well let me tell you about my day decided to do something good on my day off didn't make it to my final destinations my dog and I got into an accident one till company came out but then refused to let me ride in the front of their car to the collision because of Covid despite me being an emergency room essential hospital employee I want up getting a rental car but after waiting two hours plus for a failed tow truck company this company came out and saved my day and I only waited 45 minutes the person named Bill working the tow truck was super friendly down to earth kind hearted and would have allowed me to ride in the truck with a mask. Super nice guy very professional and afterwards game me his card on case I ever need future services and a cute keychain light. This company went above and beyond for me and I will be using them and or telling everyone I can to use them if they need a fair priced tow services and good hearted people. Also took safe precautions with my lower lil car and prices are so appropriate . Thanks so much all you do Bill”

“If I ever get stranded in Yelm Washington again I know right where to go. We had just bought a boat. I greased the bearings on the trailer. We made it about 6 miles from the sellers House. Bearings went out on the trailer. We got a hotel.The next morning Ken from Les Schwab sympathize with my situation, got us in almost immediately (without appointment or notification) had a full bearing job done on our boat trailer within a couple of hours. All of the staff was very polite. I felt that the price was reasonable. We were stranded and we were desperate Thankfully, we were not disappointed in anyway with Les Schwab and the staff that day. The boat and trailer made the 300 mile trek back home without issue…..5 stars”
