I went into the store to add 2 lines with phones onto my plan. The agent that helped me informed me by breaking down and writing down my current plan (around 202 monthly) vs the new (about 270 monthly) charges. I informed her at the time that it was of the utmost importance to go the cheapest route possible as both my parents are disabled, retired and extremely limited on money. I had planned on adding 2 lines and using one of the phones for myself and giving my old phone to my parents. She informed me it would be more cost effective to just add 2 lines AND upgrade my phone. Per her suggestions it should've only been $270/month. When I specifically asked about any other charges that would incur on my account I was informed that no other ones would incur. I got my bill 3 days ago only for it to be well over $550. I spent over seven and a half hours on the phone with customer service Representatives trying to get these charges fixed. I finally got a hold of a supervisor only to be told there's nothing they can or will do. I've been around Verizon customer for over 14 years but I will be switching over to T-Mobile as soon as possible if these charges and situation aren't addressed appropriately and the representative be held to her word of the monthly charges i was promised prior to getting the phones.

She was absolutely amazing. The first person I had she was great too, but she wasn't fully helping me. This second girl that was helping me, absolutely amazing. She helped me fix it. It may have took some time, but she did absolutely amazing if I could give her a 10, I absolutely would.

We headed to Verizon to get a new iPhone 16 Pro Max, and we were fully prepared for a long wait. To our surprise, we were in and out in just 42 minutes! The service we received was fantastic—our representative was so patient and kind, not only with us but with all of her customers. What a great experience!

The Yelm store is the best Verizon I've been to! They are all so helpful and amazing. I was wrongfully charged by insurance, and they helped me make it right. Thank you so much. I will tell all my family and friends about this store.

My parents, who are in their 80’s, went into
the Verizon store in Yelm today. Dalton was amazing. He helped them find a phone that would be easy for my dad to use and treated them with such respect. Thank you Dalton for your customer service and kindness.

I have been a customer of Verizon since January 2003,I have avoided the store for the past two years at all costs, I returned to the store approximately two weeks ago and was introduced to Cody a caring excellent customer service representative, I had had made a appointment for last Tuesday with Cody when I went to the store I found out his schedule had changed,so I was given a new appointment for Wednesday aft 1115,when I arrived at the store the store became extremely busy with some complex customers my self included as I was going from a android phone to the newest Apple device alsoI have a Apple I pad that needed tone connected ,,Cody was a 10/10 I was at the store for almost three hours later that day I had to return to the store as I had no WI Fi and was not connected that evening thought all was well but wasn’t so I returned to the store a third time on Thursday,the manager Joann was in the store I have encountered her previously and found her to be rude,condescending, and insulting and gives out false information, the last day I was at the store she became involved with the customer service Cody was giving me told me that other customers were waiting and basically to leave the store although three customers service
employees were working,since then I have been to the Yelm library and they were able to help me with the one question I had I will never return to the store when she is working she is poor example of a manager.

Cody was excellent! The most refreshing experience I've had in any Verizon store. Cody went above and beyond. Great attitude and knowledgeable. Willing to answer any questions.
