Since Truist took over I am now ready to leave my 30 year relationship with BB&T. They got my money hostage now. Locked me out of my debit card account. I can't open it until I activate my new card which they haven't sent to me yet and my old one still good for a month. They are outright stealing my money

I am not from the area. I was buying a car from a lady that banked at BB&T. I had to call the bank to ask for them to print out some documents for me. Kenny Billings took care of the printing. Later in the day I was struggling with getting a wire finished from my bank to BB&T and Kenny once again started calling around and couldn't find it, when it did finally come in, he called the lady right away. He went above and beyond and made a stressful day more pleasant. I appreciate the Bank, their time and willingness to go the extra mile.

This place is a joke. I have a SunTrust account and I have questions about the Truist merger or rake over, whatever the case may be. The closest SunTrust bank to me is almost an hour away. I work during the week and cannot go to the BB&T which is 5 minutes from me. I have called for weeks and no one will answer the phone.This is so ridiculous. I am going to to withdraw my money out and go elswhere.

Labor Day weekend and third of the month only 3 total personnel inside. Only one teller inside line to the back door! Drive through backed up too Stanford drive! Then Saturday drive through backed up 3 lines only … I only saw one person inside… total waste of my time during that Friday and Saturday 11/2 hours. I believe I will move!

Had to call 3 times just to get through to someone to simply get my account number. Person that did answer acted as if I was a bother to her. Doesn't focus on customer service at this location. That's for sure!

This bank is awful. I have been a customer for years. My husband and I share an account. Two separate occasions we have tried to add my name to the account and years later it still has not been done. They can’t even tell me why I have an over draft. Which is not normal for us because we are responsible unlike this bank. Today I am pulling my money out and going else where.
