“3 days ago I took my car to Firestone by the mall. Even though I had an appointment, it took them over 2 hours to look at the car and give me an estimate for replacing the bearings and the axle, which was $1100 something. I took a car to Bellomy's yesterday to see what they recommend. I dropped it off and a few hours later Bryan called me and said that it only needed bearing replacement and it would be $300. He ordered the bearings for the incorrect model because I told him that it was the wrong model. So he had to order the bearings for the correct model. He said that it would be done by the end of the day! I went and picked up my car today and it drove perfectly. He saved me about $800!”

“Moved into town 2 weeks ago and bought an OBS Ford Ranger. First week driving it, broke down at Lowes. I called Ray over the weekend and left him a message on Saturday with my issues and he called me back within 5 minutes of opening Monday. “I actually went to the tire center on rt 60. Several workers outside, yet no one approached me. I was there for about 15 minutes. A worker from the Barboursville tire location (David) was there, while he had two tires in his hands. He stopped and asked if anyone approached me? I told him no. He then told the techs they had a customer. They looked up and kept working. David told me to see him at his store in Barboursville and he will take care of me. That he did. I highly recommend the Barboursville location. Thank you David!! You definitely went above and beyond!!!!”

“These guys are phenomenal. It isn’t the first time I came to them in many emergency situations and they’re always happy to immediately be at your service. I had hit a pothole and something underneath my car came loose. I was in full panic mode not knowing anything about cars when I pulled in. But Austin Elmore and his crew knew exactly what they needed to do and put me at ease. Before the full service end, I also got my oil changed. I left happy and I will steer clear from potholes!
