Every single person I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and carried themselves with the kind of professionalism you wish you saw everywhere in retail.
I work as a district manager in retail, so I see a lot of stores and a lot of different styles of customer service. What I experienced here stood out in the best way. There was no rush, no attitude, no bare minimum. They greeted me like they meant it, they helped me without making me feel like a bother, and they treated every customer with the same energy.
You can tell they take pride in their store and actually enjoy helping people. That goes a long way. I left with exactly what I needed and a genuinely good feeling about the entire visit.

“I went to Menards looking for something to help with the ice on my driveway, The sales associate at the front of the store said they were sold out of ice melt and salt. She said I could check around the garden area to look if I wanted. I’m so glad I did! I came a young sales lady Hannah. She directed me to a display of salt crystals and explained they also help with ice. She not only rang up my ordered but helped load them in my car. She was so helpful I hope she can be recognized for her excellent customer service!”

“The best local ACE hardware around out of 5 .The manager Mike is the best manager that takes his job daily with lots of pride he has the employees directly how a store should be ,great customer service skills,very helpful when u walk in they greet u ask you if you. Need help finding anything ,instead of the employees telling you a isle number/ letter ect they will kindly walk you to the location and ask questions to know your job and needs and they will give you helpful info on do's and dont .THE BEST ACE HARDWARE IN THE TRI-STATE”
