Cannot get through on the customer service line anytime I have attempted.

Just needed to add my partner to a savings account. Went to 3 branches and were told they didn’t have the staff availability to help us. Went to a third branch and spent over an hour giving information only to be told when we thought we were finally done that “sorry, our system crashed.”
