Poor delivery service. Packages are left outside the gate on main road for anyone to get. Also drops packages in a water hole and are wet. Delivers to wrong addresses often.

The worst shipping service around. They can never deliver a package on time or undamaged. Contacted customer support and received no help. They put my package on a truck for delivery but returned it back to the warehouse, possibly due to the delivery driver damaging my package. They wonder why they can’t find good help well they don’t pay more than McDonald’s.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I can NEVER get packages out of the Beaver location! I had a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday, A COLD PACKAGE OF MEAT, yesterday it would on the truck and out for delivery, then, around 3:00 I got a notification saying that my delivery had been rescheduled, no reason given, just rescheduled, then today it’s out for delivery again and I get a notification that they were unable to locate me which is RIDICULOUS because they didn’t even drive down this road! I work from home and my desk looks out the window to the road and I literally watched ALL DAY! Not only that, I had this EXACT SAME ISSUE with another package a couple of months ago and they did the EXACT SAME THING at almost the exact same time! 11:26 am this time they said they couldn’t locate me, last time it was 11:34 am! I know what it is, they just don’t want to come up to where I live when they don’t have any other deliveries up here. Last time I had to make a complaint with FedEx before they would deliver my dog’s food! I filed ANOTHER complaint with FedEx and I will make sure something is done about it this time! I’ve already had to cancel my Hello Fresh and Butcher Box subscription because they use Fedex and I can never get my packages, this time, I will call EVERY DAY until something is done! That Beaver
location is a JOKE, they need to fire everyone and start over. It’s funny that I never have this problem with UPS or any other service, not even FedEx in any other location, just Beaver!

Brought 2 boxes missing one cannot get ahold of anyone tospeak with .called the Beaver wv number the phone is turned off .I have been 4 days trying to locate a person not a recording !
