Pick up is a nightmare, twice they haven't gotten all my order plus they never let you know when the order is ready so when you do pick it up its all old. Women in charge today was rude and refused to fix the mistake the 3rd time.

They need a better selection of products. Other Kroger's have more selection in the same product category. The store is old, needs updated, expanded and freshened up. The aisles need to be widened because God Forbid you meet another shopper there's not enough room for both carts to pass.

Had to wait for chicken to be fried and that took awhile should have had a person on the fryers and one at the counter a few people left before the chicken was done so they probably won't be back went on a Sunday afternoon should not have had to wait while employees were talking and not frying chicken the breasts were tough
