Just keep in mind, they don’t have a retail counter any more at the George street location. Probably better off to use the UPS Store or some other alternative for drop off and package holds. “Very helpful, but my overnight express package from Utah was almost two days late and not on the route truck so I had to go to the shop center to get my package. I didn't like that at all, but the people who run the ship center were very nice and helpful.”
