Called machine wouldn't connect me to the store just needed to change card info had to drive 30 minutes out of my way to do some that takes less than a minute.

Not a fan of the older blonde lady that carries a hip pack of stuff. She’s a bit snarky. Ported over and upgraded from TMobile. Been at the store for almost 2.5 hours trying to get the new phones activated. “Guest” wifi is not working and will not link to any of the phones. Requested to use the private Wifi just to get my phones activated (I do not have Wifi at home I live in the middle of the woods on a mountain). Employee said that we’re only allowed the guest Wifi. So I am switching carriers, bringing five lines over to you and you cannot allow me access to just get my phones activated? In my opinion poor customer service. Everyone has been great so far otherwise but if I’ve been sitting here 2.5 hours, purchased new phones and brought five lines over you’d think you would make an exception and allow me to get taken care of.EDIT:I’ve changed my review to a five star ONLY because of Nick. He could see I was distressed and came over. Instead of just telling me no he sat down and diagnosed my problem. He was able to get both of my phones activated and working for me. Nick is awesome. Will just wait for him from now on.

Wonderful way to shop. Took my elderly mother to ask about her bill and she thought she cracked her phone. I think his name was Thad, he was exceptional and extremely helpful.

The lady we had was not friendly at all . All I wanted was to transfer from a old phone to my new phone .. and she said we can't do that we don't make those phone no more I said you can buy them all day at Walmart. So she wouldn't do it and we left and will not go back . If your doing retail have a better personality.

Should not charge current customers an activation fee when upgrading to a newer phone. I would most likely upgrade but for that.

The rep that helped us was very professional and knowledgeable. We felt like he was very honest about the service they offer and he walked us through the process of switching from Verizon to AA&T. Very satisfied ?

The woman who handled our problem did so with congeniality and grace. I definately recommend this store. I never knew the Sim cards needed to go updating g had mine for al.ost ten years.
