In Aug of 2023, I made the mistake of going to a Sam's Club thinking they were "real ATT reps". I didn't realize they were employed by a third party. Anyway, they screwed my whole order up by ordering the wrong phones. I tried to resolve the issue myself with your call center reps but got very discouraged with that communication. I was told by a phone rep to go to my corporate store. I did. I will never buy another phone anywhere else, as long as I live in this town. Your corporate store in Beckley, WV was WONDERFUL, especially since they were cleaning up someone else’s mess. And I want to give a HUGE shout out to ROGER HUMPHREY. Roger was wonderful. It took us two days to get this issue resolved. But he never gave up and was more than patient with the not so good communication (and that’s putting it nicely) from the ATT phone reps he had to deal with. Plus, kept me patient as well during the whole process.I always have good service at the ATT Corporate store in Beckley, WV. Roger Humphrey and J.R. are always a pleasure and a comfort to deal with.Laura G

Not a single employee spoke when people entered the building. While I understand they were attending other people it’s polite to at least acknowledge your customers. We then waited for over 30 minutes and ended up getting skipped without anyone confirming who was next or if it was our turn. Do not recommend this AT&T if you are also looking for good customer service.

Switched to At&t to save $8 from my $58 bill! I have paid over $150 every month and it's not getting any cheaper! Keep who you have, I'm switching back!!!!

I’ve never had many problems at this store other than stock being low often but after one of the workers got hateful with my grandpa today, I will not be back. I understand there’s a “store full of customers” and it can get overwhelming, but there’s absolutely no reason to get rude and hateful with an 84 year old man. I know he doesn’t understand things easy and asks a lot of questions but if you can’t handle being overwhelmed without getting rude, quit your job. Plain and simple.

I went in on August 4 at around 515 and I was looking to get my screen protector replaced. The gentleman that was helping me was new and he was trying the best he could. He needed some help and tried to ask the manager or the person training him I assume and the man was so mean to the trainee that it made me feel awkward. This poor guy was getting insulted right in front of several customers he kept telling him I need you to think with your head just do it you could tell the guy didn’t know how to replace the screen protector then the manager came over because there was bubbles in it, and proceeded to pick it up with his finger nail and push it back down it ruined the backside of the adhesive and he told me that they can’t all be perfect and I said so I have to deal with this and he walked in the back room and left his trainee out there with me. I have never seen such disrespect from someone in that position . It’s a shame if I would have been the new guy that would’ve been my last day. No one should be treated that way especially in front of customers and now I am stuck with a nice fingerprint on my screen protector from this jerk. I do not recommend going here.

My elderly father called the store to ask questions on august 10 and someone literally told him they had a store full of people and didn’t have time to answer his questions. Just remember some day you’ll be elderly and when no one wants to take a minute to answer your questions, I hope you remember this day. I’m so hurt and he was too. How dare you treat anyone let alone an elderly person this way. They deserve respect and you didn’t show him any. Shame on you!

I had a great experience while purchasing a new phone, watch, and switched services from another carrier. Nick went out of his way to provide superior customer service-and he did it with a smile! All staff members appeared to enjoy their job.
