Hours are not as convenient as many banks. Need to be open at least in drive-thru longer. I have been a customer for years. Great service, just hate hours.

This is the only bank that had ever told me they couldn't fax paperwork for me. I will never be back to this one. I like other branches of city national better.

Just came through drive thru and younger blonde lady rude and unprofessional talking about us to her employees laughing and making fun of us dressed in green like the grinch which fits her personality that branch needs coaching in customer service!!!!!
