This is the worst Customer Service Support Center. Jennifer whom I had the unfortunate pleasure of speaking with not only became hostile, rude, and dismissive towards me after I wanted more clarity of my old account. I had an old balance of $42.50 to pay, which out of the $2,000.00 I was willing to do. However, I’ve spoken with this department several times, and each time I have been yelled at, demeaned, and simply hung up on or told that the call will be disconnected. You would think your local hometown bank would be more kind and considerate, especially since I was a client for over 12+ years. They have shady banking systems and practices, was involved in a lawsuit previously for overcharging overdraft fees up to $400 on my on account. I will never bank here, simply because they are unkind people. She stated, “ I just wanted to argue”, undoubtedly so. I simply wanted some help to o pay an old account off and clean up my credit and advice that I could understand. I will not be paying the balance.

Hours are not as convenient as many banks. Need to be open at least in drive-thru longer. I have been a customer for years. Great service, just hate hours.

This is the only bank that had ever told me they couldn't fax paperwork for me. I will never be back to this one. I like other branches of city national better.

Just came through drive thru and younger blonde lady rude and unprofessional talking about us to her employees laughing and making fun of us dressed in green like the grinch which fits her personality that branch needs coaching in customer service!!!!!
