I've been a customer since it was Raleigh County National Bank in the '80s and they have always been friendly and helpful. The only issues I have are the low maximum on remote deposits and Zelle transactions, both of which they've told me they have no ability to change.

Hours are not as convenient as many banks. Need to be open at least in drive-thru longer. I have been a customer for years. Great service, just hate hours.
