Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer has very helpful staff who provide quick service. They assist with phone updates, adding memory, and applying screen protectors efficiently. However, some customers report being sold a defective cell phone that was not accepted back under warranty, requiring use of the great online service instead. The staff is knowledgeable and ensures customers are in and out quickly.
Phone wasn't letting me know when I had text notifications, so I went there for help, the staff was very friendly and helpful plus they showed me how to turn my notifications on for text.

Strange my account has always been under my wife however when she went in today! They said it was under me ! Weird! Check your security cricket make sure there's nothing fishy on the network side ! Just CYA!
