“I love working out here, staff are friendly and fun, always willing to help me! The equipment is great and I always see them cleaning up the machines so I know they are clean! Only complain I’d have is a lack of free weights/ smith machines but that is a corporate issue and nothing to due with staff or location.”

“I'm pretty sure my soul has left my body more times than I can count, but somehow, I keep coming back for more. The coaches at Coal are like highly-caffeinated cheerleaders who trick you into doing things you never thought were possible; except Chip, he is Mid. They have a special talent for making the most painful workouts feel... well, not good, but definitely worth it. I've found my second home here, even if that home is a constant state of muscle soreness. 5 stars, would suffer again.”
“My daughter who just turned 4 with no experience started intro tumbling and they have had a lot of patience with her. She seems to be learning a lot and she has only been there two times. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Clean, patience and friendly”

“$10 to boulder is what you get. It’s more of a “family fun” type environment than a rock climbing gym. Moonboard was banged up with broken bolts/holds, bouldering section is very small, nowhere to warm up or even stand when busy with kids.”
