Well worth a 4+ hour drive to get the Tacoma I wanted at a no nonsense price and without silly added options. Corey was great and made the process as painless as buying a car can be. Highly recommend!

Over 2 hours since I brought my car in for an oil change. Finally got it back. I had a coupon to get new wiper blades, an oil change, tire rotation & inspections on engine air & cabin air filters. It was supposed to cost me $75 + tax. $97 with all their little extra charges. Never again! The coupon said $74.95, that's what I should've paid. If you're going to offer coupons, at least be honest with them. Your company WON'T be taking advantage of me again. 2 thumbs WAAAAY DOWN ?

The service technician misdiagnosed issues with my vehicle and after over a week of unnecessary repairs I was left with a bill of more than fifteen hundred dollars. I took my vehicle to the dealership for an air conditioner issue and they replaced multiple items that the service technician stated was the issue without any success and I was left to foot the bill for work done that did not actually fix the problem. The service technicians have no clue what they are doing and the assistant manager, “Okey,” in the service department lied about repairs and then was persistent that he stated otherwise. I have had multiple bad experiences with this location however after hours of trying to repair the issue myself I was left without any other option other than to take my vehicle to the dealership. And as in times past, I experienced once again bad services. I wish this was not the case and that the dealership is more trustworthy and reliable however this location and its employees and service technicians are an absolute disgrace. I am now getting rid of my vehicle and switching to another brand in hopes that I will never again have to experience being exploited by the L & S Toyota of Beckley, West Virginia.

In town on a family vacation and messed up my front rotors on Sandstone Mountain. They got us in and out in and hour, on a day when they were super busy. Amazing service from amazing people! Highly recommend!

The sales person was nice and friendly. He was upfront with me about everything concerning the financial options available to me to either finance or lease the vehicle and explained in detail their evaluation on my trade-in vehicle. He had me in my new Cross the same day. The entire staff was pleasant and answered any question I had.

Took my GR86 here for a recall pertaining to an ECU update. 1 hour an 30 minutes later I’m still waiting for my car to come off of the hill. It is done with the update and it is just sitting. I asked about it and said it just needs to be brought down and it’ll be 5-10 minutes. 15 minutes later I’m still waiting and it is still sitting up the hill outside of the maintenance department. Very unprofessional, and very disappointing for an ECU update. This is the exact reason I avoid dealerships at all costs. I have stuff to do today and asked how long it should be and they told me it should be less than an hour. Attached photo of it just sitting on the hill in blue.

It's sad when you can't buy local. I have never been able to get a fair deal from them. The first time I went there the salesmen acted like I was bothering him. So I did my homework there, test drove and purchased somewhere else. The second time they offered me $11k below the value of my trade and $7k lower than their competition and with a matter of fact attitude from the sales Mgr, like so what. This time they tried to devalue my trade and was going to have me upside down in the equity of my vehicle. I told them I'm done trying to purchase with them, I won't be back. They don't value me as a customer so I won't be back ever. I told my business partner and she said, l & s is horrible to deal with. They treated her son and daughter-in-law the same so they went somewhere else and bought a top of the line vehicle at a way better price and much better treatment. They even drive all the way back to where they purchased for routine maintenance etc because of how they were treated. Since then several people at my husband's job said they experienced the same. Sometimes you can't workout a deal and you have to walk away but all three times they acted like... we'll sell you a vehicle but you take what we offer and that's it, no bargaining, no deals. And the sorry about your luck attitude from the sales mgr. is awful. They don't appreciate customer's.

Got my truck in quickly for an oil change. Found my brakes were almost gone(which i suspected). Replaced the brake pads in a very timely manner at a reasonable cost. Very thankful for their excellent service center!

The service department at L&S is top notch! They are friendly and very courteous. In addition, they do a very thorough service and explain what they did with your vehicle. I’ve never had any surprises when I got my bill because they covered every eventuality before hand. A great bunch of people!!!

We had a problem with our minivan while traveling for Thanksgiving. The service folks were able to accommodate us and get a diagnosis quickly even though we didn’t have an appointment. The repairs were completed faster than expected and we were able to finish our trip. Thanks!!

This dealership is very bad. I called them and booked appointment for my car. They told me initially it will cost me $65 an hour to diagnose. And they told me I need to change my sway bar links. They charged me $126.00 instead of first 45 minutes checkup was only $65. And this is 4th week I still did not hear back from them to fix my swaybar links.I been calling every week and they don't have parts still in over 4 weeks to fix my car.What a messy dealership this is.

We really appreciated all the work the entire team put in. John was very kind and knowledgeable and so was Ronnie. We got some great advice and a great vehicle!
