Alan was very prompt to both of our appointments, (even going out of his way to work around my schedule), is very friendly and extremely easy to deal with. I ordered a Diamond Pillow-top full mattress & boxspring on December 22, and it was delivered in the timeframe expected, on January 2.
The mattress is even higher quality than I had anticipated. Super thick, soft, and comfortable! With a 10/20 year warranty that I don’t expect to need to use.
