“We recently bought a mattress through this service, and now that it is in use, I decided to go ahead and leave the review. Overall, we are happy with the service and very appreciative of the free delivery. The ability to schedule a visit to check out a mattress and the delivery when it shipped on our time were both nice as well. There were some delays, but I don’t fault him on those. I think the shipping delays were largely out of his control. The only reason I am leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I feel communication could have been better. That’s my only suggestion. Other than that, I recommend this service and supporting small business in general.”
“We were welcomed as soon as we entered the showroom. Our sales person, Lisa, was very cordial and invited us to look around at the bedroom sets. She was prompt in getting us a price and also informed us that if we purchased a mattress, the delivery would be free. She was very thorough in her sales presentation. No high pressure, just professional sales knowledge and respect for her customers.”
“Bought very comfortable full size bed and didn't cost me near as much as some of the other stores I went to. I will continue to recommend Carolina Bedding for their price and quality.”
