“We recently bought a mattress through this service, and now that it is in use, I decided to go ahead and leave the review. Overall, we are happy with the service and very appreciative of the free delivery. The ability to schedule a visit to check out a mattress and the delivery when it shipped on our time were both nice as well. There were some delays, but I don’t fault him on those. I think the shipping delays were largely out of his control. The only reason I am leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I feel communication could have been better. That’s my only suggestion. Other than that, I recommend this service and supporting small business in general.”
