Always enjoy a good trip to Sam's club. Always more smoth than walmart. I believe they need to up their free samples game like they use too. However I do understand limited staffing currently. So a 4 star seems like a reasonable score. Over all good experience

Had to be in the Beckley .early and need to go in the store for somethings they said l would have to wait until 10:00. Said i could get a up grade. I don't go to Beckly that much about every 6 months or so. Didn't want to upgrade

At Sam’s club at least once a week! Cashier Mallory is always so sweet and helpful has an outstanding personality a smile to always brighten my day we don’t always know when we have a wonderful employee, but I thought you should know. Tracy Castle
