“I cannot give more than 5 stars or I WOULD! Mark and his staff are the epitome of what every Pharmacy should model themselves after. He’s very frequently behind the desk greeting you BY NAME as you walk in. Asks about the family. It’s GENUINE. This is the old school drug store minus the soda fountain (but he carries lots of not often seen sodas/treats) for sale as well. Here you are an extension of their family, not just an RX#. I’ll never go anywhere else. They are fast and always always go the extra mile. It’s personal here. I recommend them to everyone all the time and for good reason. Simply the best I’ve ever had experience with, and I’m 60 so that’s saying something. #1 local, hometown Pharmacy.”

“I actually went to the lab, which is adjacent and in the same building. I was ill, and my doctor suspected I had the flu. So, I was sent for testing along with misunderstood directions. After sitting where I thought was the correct place for several minutes, I texted the number on the sign in front of me explaining I was ill and waiting for a test. I was texted back and told I was in the wrong place. I could literally see the lab. The pharmacy could have just as easily called the lab, as texted me. My sister went inside the same door for both the pharmacy and the lab, and the nurse came out, apologized, and pointed 10 feet away to where I was supposed to have parked. It's the only reason I do NOT use the pharmacy. They are not helpful, polite, they never smile, and they don't seem to want to be there. Everything else in Access Health and everyone I've ever met, even off duty, have been great.”

“Needed a patch on my tire and they went above and beyond. Before they got in the car they put a plastic floor protector down and when they took the spare off they put it back into the spare tire mounting spot on the car. I would 10/10 recommend coming here.”

“Ive been looking a place with fresh fruit. Walmarts fruit is awful! I went to krogers the last 3 weeks for fruit. They have the freshest fruit ive gotten anywhere in the last year. So if you want good fresh fruit go to beckley krogers. Its the best! I give it 4-3/4 stars because half of their cashiers dont even know you came through. I always go through self checkout and the girl was on her phone she didnt even acknowledge me this time, the one before her was very friendly and helpful. .”

“The store staff and pharmacy staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. The pharmacy does a great job at trying to fill that day if you've ran out of a medication and had to call it in. The store staff are always asking if I need help, and go the extra mile to help scan things I have questions about price wise on clearance items. I'm also greated with a hello and have a good day when I enter and leave. Grade A staff all around.”
