“I asked to mount and balance four tires I purchased elsewhere and to align the 2004 half ton pickup they put the tires on. After bout an hr and change I am told the alignment can't be done due to bas bearing they said was passenger side, later found out it was actually drivers side. So they say they can't do the alignment till the hub bearing is replaced which I understand. This is where it gets fun because to mount and balance four tires and determine a the aforementioned info they charge me approx $150, was actually a little more. Not a big problem because they did it fairly quickly with minimal hassle. When I go to get in the truck I see the two tires on the drivers side are backward(V tread sno tires Def directional), so I check the other side which are correct. They apologize a lot, but again no biggie cause they are doing it when I needed it done albeit at inflated rate. So they take two tires and rebalanced and remount them in the proper direction and 20 min later I'm cruising down the highway again. I think the price was too much for what they actually did, mount and balance four tires. Also if I hadn't noticed I would have ended up more than likely destroying two brand new sno tires. Summary, good mechanics that ate overworked and probably underpaid all while the company charges way more than reasonable. However I would go back because they were very polite and at the end of the day got things correct.”
