“GREAT PLACE!!! Traveling to Florida and stopped at a gas station and realized part of our grille of our Volvo was off. We yelped body shops and called to ask if they could take a quick look! It was an hour before closing and they said come on in. They looked at it for about 20 Minutes and got it back on. No charge ?!!! That's crazy!! We left a tip they would barely take! I haven't gotten them to service a vehicle yet, but I already like the way they do business.My son and girlfriend were on a road trip from VA to Ohio when our car catastrophically broke down. My son called all over to shops in town to see who could look at this and see if he could get back on the road. Everyone was busy, including Davis, but they told him they'd get him in in 2 hours. Checked it out, didn't try to do a bunch of work and take advantage of a kid who wouldn't have known the difference. Told him it was fried, let him hang out there a bit until we made a plan. I got there a few hours later, they treated me like a repeat customer. They also have let me keep it there for a bit while I make arrangements for the car instead of insisting I get it somewhere else, which would involve expense, towing, etc. If I lived in Beckley, I would absolutely be a customer here. In fact, I'm buying a replacement in the area, and am planning to make an appointment with them to check it out once I do. I believe you need people to work on your vehicle that you can trust and that seem like humans, not just drones who repeat scripts from a book. I look for that when I try to find mechanics. After being treated like this and reading the reviews of their great service, I would absolutely recommend this shop. Many thanks to Lenny, Jessica and crew!”

“We made a phone call to Crossroads Chevrolet after visiting with two other Chevrolet dealerships within our area. We presented our offer to purchase and they made an attempt to match a deal within an hour that had taken several days to develop with another dealership. The other dealership knew Saturday 11/11 was the only day my wife could test drive but dragged their feet standing firm being $1300 above my wife's comfort level. Once they realized we were in the Crossroads Chevrolet showroom looking at a similar vehicle, they suddenly could drop $900 but it was too late. We had found a dealership hustling to sell us their vehicle. The service was fantastic at Crossroads Chevrolet. We appreciated their efforts more in showing us the vehicle and respect their courteous attitude all the while closing the deal on our 2023 Chevrolet Bolt EUV. We will return!”

“My husband and I were driving to Ohio from Yorktown, VA when we experienced car trouble near Beckley, WV on I-64 W. We contacted AAA, and they sent Glen's Towing to take my SUV to L & S Toyota for service. They did a quick evaluation and discovered the radiator had a hole in it. Oakley, the service advisor, said they would have a new radiator sent from another business and get it replaced. We were waiting in their comfortable waiting room when we were advised that the wrong radiator was sent. Since they couldn't get another radiator sent over before they closed, we had to decide if we would stay the night somewhere (no!) or try to get a rental car and continue our trip to Ohio. My husband called Enterprise Car Rental, and they gave him the confirmation number and took our credit card info to reserve it. Since we had no way to get there before they closed at 5 pm and it was pouring rain, the service manager, Kevin Trzicak, drove him to Enterprise, got there before 5 pm, but they were closed. Not happy. Kevin then called Oakley, and he arranged for another car rental, Hertz, to wait until Kevin drove my husband there to pick up a rental (very happy). Kevin even helped us unload our SUV and load up the rental, and we were soon on our way. We picked up our SUV on the way home and returned the rental. Kevin and Oakley saved our vacation. They were so professional, caring, helpful, and concerned about us and the repair of my SUV. I highly recommend this dealership and their staff for their repair work.”
