“Will and Tyler did great jobs moving my car. We were on vacation when my car wouldn’t start at a rest stop. Will got me, my wife, and son to my first location and settled into a hotel for the night. The next day, Tyler and I had a great conversation prior to towing my car to a dealership an hour away the next day. Kudos to two great guys!”
“I went there and was in a big hurry. They got me right in. The owner was very polite and answered all the questions I had about tires. It took right about twenty minutes to get more tires installed and I was out of there. There was another guy that got there right before me and he was there about twenty minutes as well. “I asked to mount and balance four tires I purchased elsewhere and to align the 2004 half ton pickup they put the tires on. After bout an hr and change I am told the alignment can't be done due to bas bearing they said was passenger side, later found out it was actually drivers side. So they say they can't do the alignment till the hub bearing is replaced which I understand. This is where it gets fun because to mount and balance four tires and determine a the aforementioned info they charge me approx $150, was actually a little more. Not a big problem because they did it fairly quickly with minimal hassle. When I go to get in the truck I see the two tires on the drivers side are backward(V tread sno tires Def directional), so I check the other side which are correct. They apologize a lot, but again no biggie cause they are doing it when I needed it done albeit at inflated rate. So they take two tires and rebalanced and remount them in the proper direction and 20 min later I'm cruising down the highway again. I think the price was too much for what they actually did, mount and balance four tires. Also if I hadn't noticed I would have ended up more than likely destroying two brand new sno tires. Summary, good mechanics that ate overworked and probably underpaid all while the company charges way more than reasonable. However I would go back because they were very polite and at the end of the day got things correct.”

“Although I don't think it's called Bailey's anymore, the new shop and guys there were fantastic. On my cannonball trip to Traverse City, Michigan from Raleigh and back, broke down right outside of Beckley, WV pulling a 5th wheel RV. Good luck was on my side and I found these guys via Google. After a little convincing, because they were very busy, they fit me right away knowing my situation. Were even able to accommodate me with my 5th wheel RV. Outstanding group of mechanics and good folks there. Can't say enough on how much they helped me, forever grateful. Thanks again!

“Bought my daughter a Stacyc bike back in the Spring here. Awesome bike btw! The service here is friendly and with a good attitude! We brought the bike back for service (my 8 ur old daughters is rough on it lol) for the rear tire. The tube and tire separated and it was not a job I wanted to do it being on the rear because of all the electric stuff that needs to be removed. They said no problem and have it back to you tomorrow by close. Sure enough did and with no charge!!!! Just a smile and asked for a google review so here it is guys!!!!”

“This guy who runs this place is a stand-up guy. My better half was $5 short on ordering a tire we were in serious need of. This dude ordered the tire and let us bring the $5 back to him when she picked me that evening. Plus, he does do good work.”
“Delivered some giant tires here and found out there was a mix up in paperwork from the tire manufacturer, the staff here was above and beyond and helped me with getting the delivery done with no issues,they were very friendly and helpful. “DON'T LET OTHERS FOOL YOU ON REVIEWS. Bobs auto is awesome. I had to have a simple task of changing coolant in my car and they did it on spot and swiftly when no one else in Beckley would. Also they pointed out problems I could run into and offered services of which I will follow up on. They took time out to check my brakes rotors and even for leaks anywhere in the cooling system. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FAIR PRICED!”
“GREAT PLACE!!! Traveling to Florida and stopped at a gas station and realized part of our grille of our Volvo was off. We yelped body shops and called to ask if they could take a quick look! It was an hour before closing and they said come on in. They looked at it for about 20 Minutes and got it back on. No charge ?!!! That's crazy!! We left a tip they would barely take!
