Store opens at 7:00 we get there at 7:10. Can’t rent haul til 8:30 guys on light duty won’t let us help hook it up !! We have to be in Ohio by certain time . If your open you should be able to get a uhaul !!!! So if you can avoid this rental place they don’t care about there customers at all .

I been waiting for them to return my call on hitch that was to have been here May 2021 it is now Febuary 21, 2022 and they not contacted me about it I made several calls with customer service but the U-haul place here in Beckley doesn't call me and let me know ..

Man behind the counter has 0 people skills. 7-2-21 about 11am. He has a bad attitude. I will use Penske from now on. You can tell he has the workers in there stressed out. He was lucky I am having a good day.
