Ok, I'm a girl and I love Ulta. The points I have is slightly embarrassing. So Ulta is one of my happy places. I was so happy to see one in Beckley. It was clean, the staff was friendly, they had what I needed.

The store itself is of course very nice, everyone is always friendly. I have seen Haley twice now for my hair and she really is just so talented and knowledgeable when it comes to hair, I can't imagine going to anyone else-also so friendly and sweet!

The staff goes above and beyond to make sure they help you find the perfect product. The salon has the most superb service I have ever encountered in my 20 years up getting my hair done.
