SureStay Plus by Best Western Berkeley Springs is a pleasant and clean hotel in a wonderful, quaint town. The location is just amazing, very close to the downtown springs area, Berkeley Springs State Park, several places to eat, shop, and other outdoor activities. It is a great place to stay and a perfect launch point for adventures. The hotel itself is a little dated and does not have an elevator, but the rooms are very nice, clean, cozy, and a good size. The beds are perfectly comfy. The staff are friendly, helpful, pleasant, professional, and accommodating. Service is quick. The free breakfast is way more than expected, with simple foods prepared well, a make-your-own waffle station, and is very fresh. The hotel also has a pool, faster wireless internet, and a restaurant right next door. Overall, it is a fine place to rest, offering a very good rate and an air of relaxation for a nice stay.
Berkeley Springs is a wonderful town. We stayed at this location to rest up for Luray Caverns. The hotel is a little dated, but is clean. The staff are very pleasant. Our room was very clean. We slept well.
