“This place fit my needs to a T functionally. And aesthetically, it's extremely charming and has lots of history! The food isn't bad either.
Also know that this hotel is its own thing, and NOT a Country Inn & Suites chain hotel! And one thing that's really wild about this hotel is that you have traditional room keys, not contemporary cards.”

“I could not find anything wrong with this hotel as long as you set expectations. No luxury, amenities, or over the top customer service. Great place to stay for a night or two with clean and somewhat updated rooms. Beds were adequate, although too soft and were spring mattresses. Continental breakfast is included: scrambled eggs, grits, pork sausage, make your own waffles, toast, cereal, and juices. Overall it is a good value.”
“Cacapon State Park is beautiful, well kept and clean. The overlook view area has a decent size parking area and the view is pretty.
Toilets: Clean and stocked.”
