“Everytime i go in tractor supply im greeted. If i need something from storage in the back they look for it. Even thru the Covid days they never swayed from being almost the best. In 6 years i had one issue and it wasnt entirely their fault but it was corrected an certain things were changed. They go they extra mile. Now in six years theres a few that have been there and they are ALLWAYS 5 STARS. I cant remember names but Kyle is one of the best. I think they all need promotions. I was a business owner and I can say they take care of this store n customers. No one can be perfect. I buy alot of kitty foods n litter n they have done their best to see its stocked. And the store has so many products that aloy of us use everyday its really one of my favorite stores. And i do get some discounts n that helps me feed more feral kittys. I will say if you have any problem talk to kyle he will fix it are do his best. They need to know how they can be better and they depend on us to help them meet our needs. I got my woodstove there and i love it all of my pipes thru the ceiling kit etc. but now is the time to buy they can run out in the fall when everyone is buying them.. And i try to buy big items during a sale...so just wanted to stop by and shout out to my local home town tractor supply Have a safe n wonderful summer. P.s. and thank you for all you do...

“We have been buying furniture and appliances from Scott at the home center for over 35 years now and have NEVER had a problem with anything purchased there. If you are looking for excellent furniture and appliances at the best possible price, this is the place you want to go. Scott has always delivered our purchases for free, even though we live in Pennsylvania! Our most recent purchase was a very large sectional sofa which he had to special order for us. When all of the sections arrived, he called to set up a delivery date with us. When they arrived, they not only unloaded the truck and brought in the sections, but he and he crew member fully assembled the couch and showed us how each recliner section worked. Now days, nobody takes the time to do something like that without charging an extra fee for the service. But not Scott and his helper. So like I say...shop around first, but make sure you stop in at The Home Center Furniture & Appliance Gallery on the hill in Hancock, Md. IF he doesn't have exactly what you are looking for, or in the colors you want, just ask for Scott and see if he can't get it for you!!! Our first purchase was made shortly after we were married in 1985, and out latest purchase was made in the fall of 2022. Soon we will be moving into a house in Shippensburg, and once we are in, our next stop will be to see Scott and The home Center!!! “Today I had to call ahead to see if you had ice packs. I've been having trouble walking and I've been in a lot of pain. I wish I could remember the associates name that helped me. He was able to put several ice packs aside for me. He greeted me and was sympathetic to my needs. It's good to know that customer service still exist!”
