“Today I had to call ahead to see if you had ice packs. I've been having trouble walking and I've been in a lot of pain. I wish I could remember the associates name that helped me. He was able to put several ice packs aside for me. He greeted me and was sympathetic to my needs. It's good to know that customer service still exist!”
