About SureStay Plus By Best Western Berkeley Springs
SureStay Plus by Best Western Berkeley Springs is a pleasant and clean hotel in a wonderful, quaint town. The location is just amazing, very close to the downtown springs area, Berkeley Springs State Park, several places to eat, shop, and other outdoor activities. It is a great place to stay and a perfect launch point for adventures. The hotel itself is a little dated and does not have an elevator, but the rooms are very nice, clean, cozy, and a good size. The beds are perfectly comfy. The staff are friendly, helpful, pleasant, professional, and accommodating. Service is quick. The free breakfast is way more than expected, with simple foods prepared well, a make-your-own waffle station, and is very fresh. The hotel also has a pool, faster wireless internet, and a restaurant right next door. Overall, it is a fine place to rest, offering a very good rate and an air of relaxation for a nice stay.
Nice hotel! Our king size bed was comfy and huge. Room was nice and clean. We didn't have breakfast but it smelled so good. The lady checking us in was so sweet and friendly. She gave us a bunch of recommendations on places to go but unfortunately we were just spending the night and the next morning there.

Building is up a hill and kinda put on its own between homes and business. Quiet around the hotel. Checking was friendly and fast. Staff very nice. Rooms are very clean. Booked a king with a spa tub. The young lady who checked us in was knowledgeable about where to get dinner. Extremely helpful.
