“Becca is a rock star! Things didn’t go as planned as the truck that I had reserved was not available due to previous customer failing to return it on schedule, but Becca did everything she could to resolve the issue. Since the weather was nice, I was able to swap a truck for an open trailer and save at least $70. Help was short that day, so she was also the one who hooked up the trailer. Even though things didn’t go as planned, Becca’s customer service made it all better!”
