I have had to call twice both times my call was answered. Once Sara helped me the other time it was Misty. Both ladies were helpful and pleasant. I am moving to this lovely town and grateful to know I am in good hands at my local post office.
December 2024
I get text messages about a package, it’s saying I have to pay to resend it. I called the main office to communicate with somebody and no answer. The phone rings and rings and rings and then is busy all the time. I don’t know how they can address this issue, but it’s a problem.

I got help once I asked for it.. no one offered as they saw me going through multiple boxes
