Wow, what an incompetent post office. First, do not expect any real customer service from here. Every time I have been in this office to resolve a delivery issue, such as shoving do not bend envelopes in a mailbox or leaving packages at the end of a 600ft driveway ect.. It has been nothing but attitude and zero accountability from their workers and supervisors including the “post master” who says they will address the issue but nothing ever gets resolved as it continues to happen.Second, do not schedule any passports from this location. I made an appointment online 2 weeks in advance and it was accepted. Showed up a day early to make sure I had all the appropriate paperwork. Once there I was told the “lady” that does the passports does not work Thursdays and that they were going to call us the day of the appointment to cancel. So they knew about this appointment and knew that they were going to cancel well in advance. They just decided to wait until the day of to cancel? So you had two weeks to reach out to us to reschedule but chose instead to wait till the day of. We have jobs that we took off work for this appointment and this type of thinking is absolutely unacceptable. So glad “I took the initiative” and came in a day early. This shows a lack of respect for their customers and all out incompetence in their staff.If you value your time avoid this post office like the black plague.

Absolutely the worst customer service! I've been living in the area for 16 years and from the start I've been given nothing but the worst courtesy in regards to the mail carrier for our route. Have spoken with 5 different post masters through the years and nothing ever gets resolved! Mail carrier has done damage to my lawn 4 wheeling in places where most vehicles would not even attempt what this carrier has done..... simply because I've reported her multiply times! Now no attempt are even made when delivery my mail..... don't even think she is reprimanded for her actions...one day had a load of wood dropped off in my driveway so my wife went out to get the mail from her (because she happened to notice her in driveway) Mail women stated yelling at my wife about the wood and took our mail threw it in her truck and floored it down my driveway with kids present in the yard! Could have been serious situation! Nothing ever came of that either......There is no winning with them.....they are beyond rude and hate dealing with them....so much so we try to get everything to go through OBITCO in town ...

A nice postmistress explained politely that I wasn't supposed to TAKE the key, just use it to open the parcel bin in the community mailbox. Lol. I didn't know. She asked for the key back and gave me a parcel in exchange.

CHELSEA is lazy, rude, and leaves packages wherever she wants. She disregards delivery instructions. She refuses to deliver packages to the front door and leaves them either in the middle of the driveway or on the trash pile by our garbage can. I’ll be in all week until this issue is resolved.

Wish zero stars is not a option... mail constantly delivered to the neighbors, and there mail to us.. its fun having to play mail delivery atter you check the mail and always have to look tough neighbors mail to find our billsand everything else...(the neighbors and ourselves know we have to check each others mail time to time when expecting items) some times i have packages one day not delivered and marked mail box full or no access then the next day packages thats too large for the mail box I'd delivered.. ZERO consistency... some days one package gets deliver to my mail box and I get the text notification and 5-10min later get another notification as my other package is dropped off at the neighbors house smh... have call and talked to people about the mail always getting mixed up and always get told they are sorry but never anything is done.... ZERO PRIDE IN THERE WORK!

Worst Post office ever! The girl who works there is very rude. They refuse to deliver to my house and keep coming up with excuses as to why they can’t. Every time I prove them wrong they came up with something new. I literally have a recording of the employee being rude to me. The postmaster called me and took up for his employee and was rude as well. Now I know why this place has a lot of one star reviews.

Absolutely disgusted with how my package was treated and when my husband confronted them, they said it’s not their problem!!! It is absolutely your problem and you still have my original package lost in the wind!!! If this is what the Reshipped package looks like, I’m dreading what the original one looks like currently. You should be 100% ashamed! You broke beyond repair my caddy that holds cleaning supplies and you bashed this package around so much, the disinfectant bottle leaked everywhere!!! Thankfully the shipper did an amazing job packing this box up or I would have lost more… deplorable and disgusting service from USPS

This post office is awful. Many packages are not delivered, delivered to the wrong address or a comment is left online that there is no access to deliver. When trying to call, no one will answer the phone. Due to this continual nightmare, I will only order online if the USPS is NOT involved. Someone needs to overhaul this place and make it functional.

Anytime I have a problem with a package getting lost, delivered somewhere else, etc. Bethany makes sure it gets found and delivered ASAP! She’s the absolute best and that girl deserves a raise!

I went to this post office to pick up a very important package that my postal carrier refused to deliver, and not one postal employee was wearing a mask. Not even the Post Master, whom I spoke too. How am I suppose to stay safe and social distance when I am forced to go to the post office to pick up a package that should have been delivered and to subjected to the virus because not one employee wore a mask. Maybe, the USPS would be better off being privatized because then I might get more respect and better service.
