“After spending three days wrestling with Toyota dealership attempting to find a Toyota that Toyota actually could sell us due to all the safety recalls that were preventing them from Selling cars that were on their lots, I called Cole Nissan and asked them if they had several rogues on their lot that I could look at and requested a likable salesman. I rode down to Cole Nissan and was greeted by Morgan Lilly as soon as I walked in the showroom. The rogue isn’t a high commission item, but Morgan still made me feel as though I was as important as the customer who would buy the Armada and for that I am extremely grateful. Morgan got me the keys to the Rock Creek edition and I took an hour long test drive during which I was not interrupted one time by the dealership. Morgan and the finance team were fun to hang out with while all the paperwork was getting drawn up, which also was very fast compared to my previous car buying experiences. My wife was driving her new Nissan Rock Creek edition Rogue by lunchtime. Morgan was an absolute blast to hang out with during this process and I will be returning when we replace our other car. My experience at Cole Nissan with the finance team and with salesman Morgan Lilly have forever converted a lifelong Toyota owner to Nissan. And my family will always get its Nissans from Cole Nissan and Morgan Lilly.”
