“Absolutely love this store and Absolutely appreciate Terry. Everything i have a problem or mess my phone up he is my #1 go to. He's very polite, has alot of patience and very knowledgeable! If I moved out of this town and my phone messed up id come back here to get it fixed lol. Usually there isnt much time you have to wait and if you would hsve to they still find out exactly what you need and start addressing it if its possible to do so. Out of all the cell phone stores ive ever had to go to this is my favorite!! Oh and the other staff were very polite and helpful as well. Totally appreciate you atnt and (terry)!!”

“We came in at around 5 PM and Lindsay was working with a group of unsatisfied customers. She spent her time attempting to satisfy their demands as best she could and still made time to speak with us. She stayed late and ensured we got 5 star service as well. The call center reps she was being very gracious and patient with were not helpful at best, but she maintained a positive attitude and advocated for her clients. It was very impressive and we definitely appreciate the effort she put in to get us our iPhone 17! Hero of the night!”

He was very kind, informative, prompt ...I arrived there a week later to make my purchases and to start a family plan (which btw, they have THE BEST deals for u & ur family, friends .. to not pay as much if 2 or more ppl want 2 go n 2gether & save some money - - which I'm quite sure N E 1 out there is all about doing)Very much happy with my decision to switch over to Cricket .. as well as save money doing so.
