“Excellent customer service from this shop. I took my bike in for a full service. Had the tires chain plugs cables replaced.My bike was done in a decent time..the kicker is during that time I had 2 family members pass away a month apart 1 being my mom and it required me to travel to NJ twice and it drained my savings..These guys were so polite and professional they made no fuss about my bike being there longer than I expected. They understood life deals a bad hand sometimes at the worst possible times. I wish I remembered the fellas name I was in contact with. He has top notch customer service skills and more businesses need guys like that capable of empathy. So my very next pay I went and picked up my bike. She rides so smooth now new tires really make a difference in the ride. If your reading this take your bike here for all its service needs. I won't be taking my bike any place else but here.
