“The first contact about this transaction was via the internet late in the evening. The next day, Brad was reaching out. I had also visited another Polaris dealer in the area and I have yet to get any response. After a few weeks, I saw i had time to go to RG so I contacted Brad and he was happy to accommodate my schedule. I brought a Harley I was trading. He already knew what I was looking for. The whole process was smooth and easy. So I took the box trailer home and got my open trailer. On my return, we got loaded very fast. Brad was ready and waiting. They quickly diagnosed it as a faulty compressor.
