“The first contact about this transaction was via the internet late in the evening. The next day, Brad was reaching out. I had also visited another Polaris dealer in the area and I have yet to get any response. After a few weeks, I saw i had time to go to RG so I contacted Brad and he was happy to accommodate my schedule. I brought a Harley I was trading. He already knew what I was looking for. The whole process was smooth and easy. So I took the box trailer home and got my open trailer. On my return, we got loaded very fast. Brad was ready and waiting. Got the Polaris Ranger 500 with windshield already installed. I would highly recommend RG Motorsports. Everyone was awesome, especially Brad. The kind of guy I like to deal with. I am Happy.”

They quickly diagnosed it as a faulty compressor. “Okay, gentlemen! my opinion on this parts store. The first time I got here, I needed parts for my old car. When I bought them, I took the car for repairs, but the mechanic told me to throw this car in the junkyard. but I'm not rich enough to throw stuff like that. Yeah, I had to return all the parts. the guys got all the money back. and it was a shock to me. no problem, no questions asked. Thanks. Yeah, I repaired the car later, with my own hands and now It lasts me for several years. So where I bought other parts from them, and they were always available. Yes, it's expensive. But I hope these parts are high quality and will work. I recommend this store. Thank you.”

“I have been here twice in the last month and both times the employees were helpful, polite and professional. The second time i was here, was within the last week, when Sean went far above his duties by helping me with an electrical problem on my work truck. He spent at least an hour helping me figure out the issue and dove in fully to help me get the truck back to work so that my boss didn't have to hear some bad news. Not only was he polite and professional, but when i asked him if he needed to go help anyone else instead of helping me do tedious things with my truck, he assured me that everything else was being handled and that he was more than happy to help. Thank you, Sean, for your outstanding customer service, and I hope your Mustang is doing well.
