She instantly made us welcome, and guided us expertly through the selection, test drive and ordering process. The vehicle arrived quicker than expected, and was detailed and waiting the day we arrived to pick it up "in" the showroom. We ran into some issues with paperwork because we had to lock our credit report recently after an attempted identity theft which took a lot of time on the phone for them and us. The sales team was all so helpful, patient and encouraging during the process. The walk through of the car was great, again Tiffany showed her dedication to her job. Did I mention she's only 19 years old? Wow! Very impressed! We love the new 2024 CRV. Totally recommend #UrseHonda to anyone! Ask for Tiffany!”
