This was the easiest phone upgrade I have had. The associates were knowledgeable on android and iPhones to help me make an informed decision. I will definitely be back again when I need to upgrade!

Highly recommend this Verizon location. The lady working there, Charlotte treated us with nothing but respect, And answered all our questions. She was multi tasking with a few customers at once. Will definitely recommend this Verizon location.

Upgraded to the IPhone 15 and hated it, they said they wouldn’t take it back even though I was in my 30 day period. Luckily the Verizon in Bridgeport was able to help me out.
