“I have to give props to customer service this morning. It was Paula and a colleague helping her that I think may have been a supervisor. But my problem was I had four appliances delivered and they fail to deliver the range cord. That caused me to drive an hour and a half each way to the store to get it. Customer service listen to what I had to say and then they told me to go grab the range cord that I actually need off the shelf and then they'll credit me for the other one. No hassle. Just understanding. And when I returned they remembered my situation and handle it in the computer system very quickly. But the whole reason I'm making this post but the whole reason I would take time to make this post is the supervisor lady actually apologized to me that I had to come and get the range cord. That is what I would expect from customer service but believe me very few do that. So kudos to this team.”
