“This was my first visit to this store since there is a different auto parts store closer to my home. I will now use Auto Zone in Cross Lanes because of the service your associate Josh provided.
I had recently purchased new lightbulbs for my headlights at a different auto parts store & an employee from that location installed the lights for me. The lights were very dim and not lighting the roadway well at night. Thinking I had received some faulty bulbs from the previous store, I stopped into a different chain, Auto Zone in Cross Lanes, asking to buy new bulbs for my headlights. I explained my issue and Josh asked if I’d mind if he took a look at them before I purchased new bulbs. He checked them & the bulbs hadn’t been inserted correctly at the previous auto parts store. He fixed them and I immediately saw the difference. I don’t need new bulbs after all.
As busy as he was, Josh took his time to help me and provide excellent customer service. He offered to help me when I had just asked to buy new bulbs. I may not have had to purchase anything on this trip because of his kindness & excellent customer service, but I will now use this location as my family’s auto parts store. Thank you so much Josh!”
“Oh my god this the best napa in the West Virginia state to go to I ain't saying they have the best prices because I don't know I really have not checked and don't care because of the customer service you get there it is so awesome and the people doing inventory on inventory day what's the best you couldn't ask for two better people the people that worker employees are the best I mean that place beats any auto parts store in my book I don't care about price I will pay more just for their customer service care loyalty their help anything you need I don't care if he needs zip ties one or two and you ain't got the money you're going to get them there”
“This place was so super helpful! I walked in having trouble with a loose piece of plastic behind my bumper. The sales associate (I believe Justin) searched and tried to fit several pins to keep the plastic in place. Finally, he said that the store didn't carry the correct size I needed, but insisted to help by zip tying the loose plastic to my bumper. He was flat on his back looking under my car trying to fix it for me. Never in my life have I experienced such genuine and sincere service. I will most definitely continue to go here for help in the future!”
“Went to the store in Kanawha City, WV and the manager Steve was the best. I didn’t have a clue what I was doing or how I was going to manage changing my battery out by myself. He made me feel at ease and talked to me kindly while he changed it for me. Thank god for him. I will definitely be back there if I ever need anything again.”
“07/16/2026: I dunno what I bought on this date that set AutoZone's big server and my phone to hassling me to review them but I did and I gave them four stars. Dunno why. This particular location probably deserves five stars. If you need good shit...they've got good shit. I have never had a bad experience here.

“They pulled my replacement axle from out of the creek bed and under mud. Now it needs to be taken completely apart and cleaned out and rebuild it. For the price I should have got one from California and it would be a rebuilt rear axle for about the same price. It was raining and they don't work in the rain. They take the day off. I had to wait for 4 days to get my axle I already paid for up front. And I got a shifty axle that the emergency brake and covers were rusted away and for the price and the wait I should have had it shipped from California. I would've been more pleased with it.”
“Very friendly staff! I ran over a screw and they had my tire patched up in about 30 minutes with no appointment and it was only $19. Highly recommend this establishment, if your looking around for car repairs or tire replacement give them a chance!”

The female manager came outside to make sure we were getting the right bulb, took the time to pop the cover off check it & then install the bulb. Thats service. And she smiled & was very pleasant. Thats a hard thing to find these days...great service & a smile!”
