“These guys are amazing!! They replace my Passenger side glass in my Honda. The price was the cheapest in town but the work they did was the Best! They were fast and they cleaned up the broken glass and folded the Tarp up that I had covering the broken window. I Highly recommend them. I will be going there anytime I need glass done on my Vehicles.”

Link Automotive’s management reached out to me to follow up and went above and beyond to rectify this situation. He was able to show me where I had not been charged for labor in the past and that was the price difference. He went the extra mile by offering to service my vehicle again since there was still an odor. FOR FREE! He then offered to show/explain the issue with my car when I come in again. He then went even further by refunding my money and even followed up again on the service completed and offered yet another free cleaning of my AC system. He also provided information about institutions that work to ensure safety and how to go about dealing with my issue in the future. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I did not have a great experience. Initially, I was told over the phone that they did not offer the service I was wanting and could clean the ac drains and remove odors so I said ok do that and brought vehicle in. I asked if they clean the condenser on the paperwork and dropped vehicle off. I received notification that vehicle was ready so I went to pick it up. I was charged over 150.00 dollars without being asked if that was ok to do. The service they had complete for me before, which is drain the ac drains and remove odor was 25.00 so this was a big change. I asked what they did as it was over 150 and was told they did what you wanted. I just paid it even though I really didn’t have the funds for that in hopes that my car would be odor free. It was for the first couple of days until the smell from the cleaning solution wore off. Car still has odor from the vent and I am out 153.00 that I did not approve. They should have called me and communicated that it would cost that much and may not work so I could have made the decision to wait until I had more money to be able to afford the risk. Not happy as I still have for and no money to go anywhere else. On my receipt it says the amount was approved but the only communication I received from them was a text saying my vehicle was ready. Not ok and II will not be going back.”

I had to pick up a load of material from a burned out semi trailer that they towed. These guys did a great job transferring the load.
It took about as long as I expected, there was a lot of work involved.
These guys started working and stayed right on it until the job was done.

“This was my first time using this shop. I dropped my truck off late Friday afternoon. They called about 9:00 Monday with a diagnosis and explained the problem in layman's terms. “Do you own a High-Line car such as a Mercedes- Benz, Audi, Porsche, BMW, or Volvo? Here is the safe alternative to taking your car to a dealer where you can find Pat, or Michael, and they have worked for many years at the dealers. Dan works the service intake desk and is super friendly and knowledgeable. Pat and Michael are highly trained with many years of experience and can repair or maintain your car. You'll find them efficient and ready to help you take care of your car, making sure that it's given back not only repaired, but not a mess. I happen to be very meticulous about preserving the cleanliness of my car. I brought my S-Class in for a new mini dash battery and system reset. In a few hours the car was ready. While there, a fellow picked up his Porsche suv after a complete service maintainence performed. A lady brought in her Mercedes suv for a wiper change, too.
Bottom line is that you have a very qualified alternative to going to a dealer for your maintenence or repairs, at a Reasonable price, with the job being done right. I will continue to use them as my go-to shop. I highly recommend this friendly, fine High-Line car repair shop. They know what kind of quality lubricants and parts to use in your car. BTW: EZ access as it's right on MacCorkle near the new BP just off Routes 119 and 64.”
“This is a very remarkable garage. I don't go anywhere else for tires, inspections, and/or repairs. I actually live over 40 minutes from them but it's always worth the drive.
Their customer service is the best that I have ever had from a garage in over 35 years of driving. Both the owner himself and each of his employees do all that they can to help you with whatsoever you're there to have done. Irregardless of whether you requested an appointment, have an emergency, or just stop by; you still receive the same quality of service and fair price every time!
The Cooper tires that they sell me, for both my SUV and my sedan, are the best that I've ever purchased for any of my vehicles.
Again, their prices are more than reasonable, but most notably - they stand behind all of their work and that means a lot!??”
“you failed to mention you tried to change it yourself using the wrong tools, so you rounded up the flare nut, making it impossible for the professional mechanic to use the normal tools. thus reverting to two hours of work after quitting time. leave the mechanic work for professional to repair it right.. and dont complain about the price once you mess something up”

“Went in for state inspection and they called to inform me my oil was low and dark colored. They did the oil change at a decent price. Best of all they informed me that my make/model was prone to burning oil fast and advised me to check it regularly. No other mechanic has informed me of this and for that I'm greatful. “They pulled my replacement axle from out of the creek bed and under mud. Now it needs to be taken completely apart and cleaned out and rebuild it. For the price I should have got one from California and it would be a rebuilt rear axle for about the same price. It was raining and they don't work in the rain. They take the day off. I had to wait for 4 days to get my axle I already paid for up front. And I got a shifty axle that the emergency brake and covers were rusted away and for the price and the wait I should have had it shipped from California. I would've been more pleased with it.”

The facility was tidy and welcoming, complete with a comfortable waiting room. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. We called several places who were unwilling to help and one that thought they could but ended up referring us to Garrett’s. Garrett’s went above and beyond - making us a priority knowing we were out of town, going around town to get needed parts, and even repairing existing parts when new parts weren’t available.
