“This was my first visit to this store since there is a different auto parts store closer to my home. I will now use Auto Zone in Cross Lanes because of the service your associate Josh provided.
I had recently purchased new lightbulbs for my headlights at a different auto parts store & an employee from that location installed the lights for me. The lights were very dim and not lighting the roadway well at night. Thinking I had received some faulty bulbs from the previous store, I stopped into a different chain, Auto Zone in Cross Lanes, asking to buy new bulbs for my headlights. I explained my issue and Josh asked if I’d mind if he took a look at them before I purchased new bulbs. He checked them & the bulbs hadn’t been inserted correctly at the previous auto parts store. He fixed them and I immediately saw the difference. I don’t need new bulbs after all.
As busy as he was, Josh took his time to help me and provide excellent customer service. He offered to help me when I had just asked to buy new bulbs. I may not have had to purchase anything on this trip because of his kindness & excellent customer service, but I will now use this location as my family’s auto parts store. Thank you so much Josh!”
“Clayton, Martha, & the crew at A-1 have been patching my Chevy Silverado up for a little over 2 years. They’ve replaced nearly everything on my truck.
They do great work, are honest & will try to save you money if possible. I highly recommend A-1. The only garage for me & my family.
I had a flat last week & had to have it towed to A-1. They gave me a used tire & put it on for free. That speaks to the kind of people they are.”
“Oh my god this the best napa in the West Virginia state to go to I ain't saying they have the best prices because I don't know I really have not checked and don't care because of the customer service you get there it is so awesome and the people doing inventory on inventory day what's the best you couldn't ask for two better people the people that worker employees are the best I mean that place beats any auto parts store in my book I don't care about price I will pay more just for their customer service care loyalty their help anything you need I don't care if he needs zip ties one or two and you ain't got the money you're going to get them there”
“07/16/2026: I dunno what I bought on this date that set AutoZone's big server and my phone to hassling me to review them but I did and I gave them four stars. Dunno why. This particular location probably deserves five stars. If you need good shit...they've got good shit. I have never had a bad experience here.

“This place was so super helpful! I walked in having trouble with a loose piece of plastic behind my bumper. The sales associate (I believe Justin) searched and tried to fit several pins to keep the plastic in place. Finally, he said that the store didn't carry the correct size I needed, but insisted to help by zip tying the loose plastic to my bumper. He was flat on his back looking under my car trying to fix it for me. Never in my life have I experienced such genuine and sincere service. I will most definitely continue to go here for help in the future!”
“Everyone knows they sell automotive parts and accessories, along with car care and maintenance items, but they also have GIFT CARDS. That’s right. If you know someone with a sketchy ride a NAPA gift card would be an appreciated gift.

“This has been a very expensive day. We are driving a 2019 NewMar Dutchstar diesel pusher the check engine light was flashing...we checked the engine codes and it said our DPF filter was clogged . we were on a 7800 mile trip and we were 1700 miles away from home. We called freightliner service center twice we called Cummings twice we called NewMar once we tried everything they told us to do with negative results..finally we found the freightliner service center which was low staffed, never really even came out to tell us they were going to be delayed further than the one hour... we had already been sitting in the parking lot waiting... it was Juneteenth and they said two of their service people had called in sick on a Friday of a holiday weekend ...when we continued and found in our research this wonderful place the Cummins Service and Sales Center.. when I went into the CENTER, a very nice lady immediately got up came out to our coach, tested it and said that the tech would be back that he was on a break and he would come within the next few minutes and check everything, which he did. The program they used to check the filter, said that it needed to be replaced. They recommended that the filter could be cleaned, which would take several hours and if they could clean it, we might not have to replace it ... unfortunately it could not be cleaned to a satisfaction level that we felt comfortable with, and we had to replace it with a new filter... $$$$$ ! HUGE thing! ... they ran test during their lunch hours, they gave us first rate service..They did an amazing job. We are back on the road 6.5 hours later... I have never seen such great service. I highly recommend this service center!”
